Our experience started with a very bad note but thanks to Mr. Gurpreet or Gurneet that all went well
We liked the food quality and the way our concerns were taken care by Mr Gurneet, duty Manager or Head of the property. He ensured that our poor experience turn out to be good and which even worked. Thank you to him.
Location is poor, front office lady was very straight and rude, hotel policy of cannot get outside food and drinks, for a price of almost 20k per day, we were given a very small room with tiny washrooms. The corridor was stinking, phone was not working and the room was very compact that one cannot even breathe. Long checking time at the reception despite no other guest for checkin.

Poor
the pool, the view.
the reception staff when we arrived was very cold and rude. they were going to give me a room in the backside when I actually booked a room pool facing. the lied to me saying there was no room available then the manager came and said just give them a room pool facing and he did. but the rooms and amenities are not 5 star quality good for 4 star. the staff at the car parking area is excellent.

Pleasant
Room was upgraded when we initially complained about mosquitoes. Great pool.
Not meeting expectations of a 5* hotel. Initial room had mosquitoes waiting outside that flew in whenever the door was opened. Internet did not work for majority of the stay. Bathroom was dirty, including pee marks on toilet. There was a discrepancy in service between staff, who did not always communicate with each other.
